Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Please see below for timescales.
Royal Mail 1st Class £5.49. Royal Mail delivery timescale is one business day but due to Covid-19 there may be delays. ( Please note this is from the date that we dispatch your parcel)
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Vegan Essence we pride ourselves on the very best customer service and will allow returns if your item has arrived damaged. We take every precaution to ensure your items arrives in perfect condition. We package all our items well but we understand that occasionally breakages & damage may occur. If your item has arrived broken or damaged, please take a photograph of the item and its packaging and email it back to us at info@veganessence.shop with your name and order number. We will either refund or exchange the item. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions for your return. Please note we will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund or exchanged item.
